My name is Michael de Graaf

I am a strategic problem solver, who seeks and finds the best way to accomplish goals while thinking about the user first. I specialize in user research, UX/UI design, marketing strategy and process automation. My brand, deGraafX (dGX), speaks to my desire as a designer to give my clients and users the best possible eXperience in whatever project I take on.

FCA's Staff Portal, "TeamNet", was changed to a new provider, ServiceNow. I was involved improving UX/UI through new information architecture, the change management process and communication.
